Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and paperwork including GIA/IGI certificate

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at cj@novalabgrown.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.

Do not send items without a RAN.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. Nova Lab Grown LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and state in your email request that you are looking to exchange the item. Nova Lab Grown LLC offers one exchange per order and all exchanges are final sale.

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for a return or exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Nova Lab Grown reserves the right to receive the item and complete a full inspection before validating that the items are indeed damaged.
